In 2004 Leatherman’s multitool lineup changed. PST, PSTII and the Sideclip were retired. Out came the Kick, Fuse and Blast. Zytel plastic inserts for a more comfortable grip and a re-engineered to be stronger plier head are the most notable changes. The Fuse model being the middle child of the three Zytel tool family with 4″ closed length and weighing 5.9 oz.
