The Leatherman Pocket Survival Tool (PSTII) is the first Leatherman Scissors equipped tool. This was the forth tool Leatherman brought to market. The only tools Leatherman had that preceded the the PSTII was the PST, MiniTool and Super Tool.
In 1998 the PSTII went through some detail changes and as a result there are approximately 4 different versions from 1998, but you may want to collect one from every month of 1998.
This version has both handles dated 0198. Stamped handles say “Leatherman Tool” and the driver bases are described as square, boxy or L-Shaped.
